Terms of service
These are the terms on which Souldi Labs SL provides Tulius. Where a signed pilot agreement exists between us and a customer, that agreement governs and these terms fill in what it does not say.
What the service is
Tulius reads the transcript of a sales call and proposes what should happen next — a follow-up email, a CRM note, a deal stage change, a record of the commitments made. It is offered as a pilot service to a small number of customers, and it is under active development.
A person approves everything
Tulius proposes; it does not decide. Nothing is sent to a customer, written to a CRM, or created in an issue tracker until a person at the customer has approved it. Proposals are sorted by a gate that measures its own uncertainty, and the ones it is less sure of are held back for review — but the gate is a filter, not a guarantee.
What we do not promise
A proposal may be wrong. Tulius extracts what it believes a call contained, grounded in the words of the transcript, and it can misread them. The reviewer is responsible for what they approve, and the service is provided without a warranty that any proposal is accurate, complete or fit for a purpose.
This is a pilot. We do not commit to uptime, and features may change or be withdrawn.
One customer per deployment
Each customer runs on a deployment of their own. We do not pool one customer's calls with another's, and we do not use one customer's data to improve the service for anybody else.
Recording a call
Where a customer uses Tulius to capture a call, the customer is responsible for the lawful basis for that recording and for telling the people on the call. Whatever mechanisms we provide towards that are an aid to the customer's own obligations and never a substitute for them. The privacy policy sets out the division.
Your data is yours
A customer can have any call and everything derived from it deleted at any time. Ending a pilot removes the deployment and everything in it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction.
